Brand Challenge
If you’re a coffee retailer, Starbucks is, well, always there. So, how do you carve out your own niche? You create the un-Starbucks. You rebrand every customer contact point with a friendly, bright, sometimes irreverent, voice and look–from merchandise to ads, interactive to retail environments, even customers’ coffee cups–that’s 180 degree from Starbucks or any other mega retailer.
